The staff is great, room is new and clean, location is perfect.
The windows is against the walls and very close to the windows of other buildings with a little day light.

I highly recommend this hotel! It was very clean, in a great location, and the service was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful — especially Ron! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, near to Bryant Park, trains and many restaurants and cafes. Great service and hospitality from all the staff.

Nice location next to Bryant Park and walk to Times Square, Central Park, bus station, train station, 1 Vanderbilt, Rockefeller Centre etc etc Comfy bed -had to pay extra for a room which didn’t face the brick wall at the back! Staff in bar & restaurant were friendly.
Although we reported 3 times that our tv wasn’t working it didn’t get fixed til the last day. And our request for a cable for the magic mirror never arrived. Shampoo etc really poor quality. Had to pay for water. Niggles but annoying for the price you pay.
