The staff was exceptional. The breakfast, omg! So many options with a new menu every day and the best Omelette I've ever had in my life. Super cute and thoughtful accomodations for my dog. Beautifully decorated and again, the staff, 10 out of 10!
The outdoor area could use more light especially the dog yard, the pool closed way too early in my humble opinion at 7pm. My biggest gripe is you can hear every single thing going on in the common areas, in other guests rooms..., there wasn't a sense of privacy. We felt like we had to whisper in our room. Other than that I loved it!

The first time we were there I honestly didn’t like the location being 15 minutes away from the beach but honestly it’s perfect… out of the crazy traffic area of the coastal highway…. The worst thing is going to the boardwalk/beach and trying to find a parking spot… David and Joe are excellent hosts
Nothing….. they added a pool and as far as I’m concerned I wouldn’t have to leave the property….. other than to get something to eat of course

Fabulous breakfasts every morning with great selections.
Joe and David were fabulous hosts.
We stayed last year in sunflower room with our dog it was wonderful.
This year we stayed in the carriage house loft and it was absolutely fabulous.i cannot say enough good things.
This is the place to stay in Delaware❤️
