The property is in such a tranquil setting on the lake. It is like going back in time. It is in the heart of the rain forest with so many hiking opportunities. You can also rent kayaks and paddleboards at the property, swim in the lake or in the pool or relax with a drink on the lounge chairs outside or in the cozy fireplace room. The restaurant is very good.

Rooms were cozy and comfortable but a bit stuffy at night even if we kept the window open

Beautiful views & great trails nearby. Very good restaurant on the property.

Cleanliness. We had to ask them to do a better job cleaning the room prior to staying there. They were very responsive to our request & sent someone immediately to take care of any issues.

The Lake view

Over priced!! Waiting & Waiting to get a drink. No Complimentary coffee for a $400+ a nite hotel? Thats ridiculous to spend and wait in line!!! Room coffee maker= not good. Staff not really attentive. Young & didn't care.
