Was not dirty, for someone who doesn’t really stay in hotels I enjoyed this one.
I didn’t like how it has an inground pool but it wasn’t in use; to be fair, when booking the hotel it didn’t list that it has a pool so really in the end that’s on me for not reading carefully.

Visually the room was very nice looking and quaint. The person behind the counter in the lobby was very kind, respectful and polite and helped me out when I needed towels.
The bathroom tub had evidence of mold in the silicone and there was dirt in the corners of the room the toilet was in. I understand that the bathrooms will be updated in the coming months, so I accepted that I got what I paid for. As for safety, there was a homeless man sitting in the parking lot in the evening who was wearing a ski mask that completely covered his face. This made me feel uneasy and as a result, I had a difficult time sleeping that one night staying here.

Cheaper than everywhere around. It was clean and the room was large. Beds were comfortable and the AC was not as loud as I expected. I asked for a lower level room and was happily given one.
The outside/location has a sketchy feel, but the lot is small and someone is in the lobby all night so probably safer for the car than it appeared.

The staff was nice. It was affordable.
The room was dirty, items were broken, the A/C barely worked, the TV volume was messed up, and the "clean" towels were sitting on the back of the dirty toilet bc the towel bar was broken. The toilet paper was sitting on the edge of the tub bc the tp holder was broken.
