Perfect location, cute room with all the expected amenities
Check-in was a little confusing. I got a message telling me to do one thing, but there was also a self check-in kiosk. I wasn't sure which one to use, so tried both. The one on the message was the correct procedure. I wish the message had told me to ignore the kiosk. It was a little nerve-wracking.

The location couldn’t be better! The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and setting up an early check in was easy. The AC in the room worked great.
I stayed in one of the basement rooms (#3) and upon entering I could smell how damp it was, it smelled like mold but I did not see any. My belongings and the bedding ended up feeling damp after a day as well. I’m sure being a basement unit and being located next to the canal is the reason, I would imagine the upper level rooms are fine! The common spaces did not have the same smell as the room as stayed in.
The TV did not have access to a majority of the channels listed on the tv guide provided in the room.
The bathroom had no counter space.
