It's safe, the convenience of breakfast and hot cocoa at night. The snacks that are available to purchase
The pool smell. Extremely bad chlorine smell, couldn't enjoy with the grandkids and the lack of supervision of minor children running soak and wet thru the lobby and front desk says nothing. My poor grand daughter slipped on the puddle

The beds were comfortable and the lounge was useful when our flight arrived before check in time.
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The price for one night was nearly $400, which is way too much for such a small room. Nothing super fancy about the room for that price. Breakfast was not free.

Convenient location, clean, large rooms, comfortable bed
Our AC was not working in our room. We were able to switch after the first night but our second room was not as nice
