Once we were settled on, it was easy to navigate. We didn’t like the bureaucracy of the pre-arrival, and the lack of a

- The apartment facing west on a high floor. - The number of day-to-day kitchen utensils. - The amount of linen.

- The small and old TV; the dirty bathtub. - The useless, too-low table by the sofa. - The small closet; the bread toaster (not good for toasting bagels), would have preferred an oven toaster.

Buena relación calidad precio pero falta información,

La habitación y el lugar muy lindos, en el lugar que estaba (piso 12) no daba a la playa pero si a la bahía desde arriba, muy linda vista, cómodo, espacioso, estaba todo limpio y no faltaba nada, vasos, shampoo, platos etc, parecía un studio completo , solo un par de detalles menores tipico de cualquier hotel (alguna marca

- para mi lo peor fue el checkin no me mandaron bien lo que tenía que firmar hasta que se hizo la hora y recién ahí me informaron, tarde otra hora adicional para imprimir y que me tomen las cosas - la pileta no estaba disponible (no lo informaron) - el gimnasio estaba descuidado y desordenado, las mancuernas muy pocas andaban (son a rosca) pero bastante bien para ser un gimnasio de hotel - el agua salia o muy fría o muy caliente, depende el momento del día salía el agua hervida o templada y no hay forma de mezclar las temperaturas - no te guardan el equipaje PERO (y esto no te lo dicen) cerca de los ascensores hay una oficina donde te guardan las cosas por 5usd.

easy check in and check out . rooms have key pad entry which made it nice so you never had to remember a room key . the room was nice easy access to the beach

we did have to clean the bathroom are self tub was dirty

The accessibility to beach was Fantastic.

There was no key it was a code and it took almost an hour to access the room and get the code to open the door. We were very dissatisfied with this. We wanted to get into to the room and relax after a delayed flight and it took 3 times of going back down to the front desk to get a code to open the door. I was told to message the business through the app that I made all the arrangements and payments to get the door code and they would message me back right away. I still haven't gotten a reply from that request.

it seemed very unorganized at the front desk.

It was aqdequate for the purpose, comfortable and secure enough.

the location and relATIVE QUIET

KIND OF BEAT-UP- the cabinets no longer close. The counters are VERY marred and chipped; no drain stoppers in sinks or tub; not enough lights. Mask rules were not enforced at all.

Comfortable but not the best location

Beautiful view and comfortable room

Their is not a lot of things to do around the location if you want to go by walking. And no close grocery stores.

Disappointing

I liked that the property was right in front of the ocean. I also liked the location because it is near all the activities available. The elevator was very efficient nothing like I’ve ever seen.

The staff was rude and careless. Valet was really bad, at time’s we’d wait 20-30 min for our car. Or waiting for the car to be received. The hallways smelled like mold and the room smelled weird too. The restrooms in the lobby and through out the building (specifically the ones in the lower level where the laundry is) were VERY dirty and not well kept. The laundry card machine only takes $5, $10 and $20 bills and the ATM’s there only deposit $20 bills? When asking security and the front desk they offered no change. They directed us to valet which also said no. Finally the convenient store down stairs gave us change. Not to mention the laundry machine only charges “$1.75” but kept stealing our money. The dryers don’t work well so good luck with that. The room was ok except for one bed was very dirty with stains all over it. We did not use it. We used the other bed which was somewhat comfortable but kept waking up to bug bites... making us very very itchy and uncomfortable during our stay. Over all we really couldn’t wait to leave which is sad because it’s vacation. You SHOULDN’T want to go home. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for us.

I had an emergency and had to leave with 2 more nights that I was suppose to get and they said they would call back about sending money back for those 2 days but I haven't heard anything.

I would like my refund for the two days I lost
