It was very child friendly with toys. The location was nice and very quiet. The property was very welcoming and relaxing. We liked the decor. The hot tub was a plus with the jacuzzi tub in the master bath.
The TV changer was broken. Someone missed some old food under the living room love seat which we were glad we saw before our toddler saw it and got sick from eating it.

The beds were comfortable, house was spacious, great for relaxing after a day out at beach.
Kitchen was large and nicely arranged.
i was disappointed that the jacuzzi in master bath was not usable.
After spending the time and money to scrub out the ports, realized there was no plug for the drain.

This is a nice house, clean, it has everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable beds to rest very close to the beach
