The location is wonderful - the property is in a very pleasant residential neighborhood - with the property facing the water.

The beds were great , the bedding was very nice , the rooms are small and have a motel vibe. The furniture isn’t bad - but not in any way interesting. The staff is very pleasant .

Wonderful location, fabulous staff. Super clean and comfortable rooms, well equipped.

Some rooms thin walls so if you have noisy neighbours not great , but when mentioned we were moved with no fuss . The staff were fabulous.

I loved that it was right on the ocean

I wish they had a restaurant or breakfast spot

The bed was fine. The area was quiet. You could go biking from the hotel. It was right on the beach.

the door didn't close well. The walls were thin.
