I recommend this location. Great value.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was GREAT. I am very satisfied with my stay. I recommend this location to everyone. The room, the breakfast, and the proximity to Port Aransas make this location a favorite. The value is great.

There was some leaking issues above the shower in room 207.

Very comfortable, nice, clean stay as always! Breakfast was amazing, lots of variety to choose from!

Fire alarm going off every morning at 7am. Pretty scary knowing we are approaching hurricane season. I’m sure this is also for hurricane and other alarms. Better to be safe then sorry. But a warning would have been nice.

Very poor

Manager charged me on 2 different cards the morning before we even got there, therefore I've been charged twice. 3 days later and still haven't received my credit back. NOT HAPPY!!

The location was awesome. We were close to multiple different beaches. The small town had a delicious selection of food as well.

There wasn’t anything I could think of besides noisy kids I didn’t like about the property, however of course that’s nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just ignorant parenting.

Cleaness.

One of the rooms TV wasn't working. And had to spend the staying without it. A bit disappointed , hope I get refunded something for the big inconvenience. And staff was a bit rude as I checked in.

Perfect stay!

Lupita was awesome. Great breakfast with personal service.karen in front office was extremely helpful. There is nothing that could be improved. We were allowed to bring our 4 legged babies and tried very hard to be exceptional guests.

There was nothing that we didn't like. I did think that the handrails in the shower should have been at the other end so that you wouldn't have to get in under the water stream. I am elderly and it felt unsafe.

it was perfect aside from the shower

I loved everything about it except for the shower

the shower had “0” zero water pressure. it took 5 minutes to rinse shampoo from my short buzzed hair.

Detail. The gal checking us in was friendly & helpful. she also left a notice in our room with our name on it to welcome us. The lady that watched over the breakfast buffet was friendly & efficient.

Had a good stay. It was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon...etc. We'll definitely stay again.

All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

The breakfast was fresh and staff were very welcoming and provided wonderful customer service.

Honestly, we enjoyed everything. Our stay was exceptional!

Great mini vacation stay!

Comfortable ground level room as requested, walk in shower, beds were very comfy, elevator, gym and pool access, full breakfast at 7 am. Reasonable rates and good location.

Room had a musty smell, maybe because of closeness to the pool

I really like this hotel. Will book again.

Great staff and great breakfast.

I didn’t like how I was charged. (-65,+65, -62,-122) It all fixed out right the following day. Just make sure to keep extra money in account.

Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast ok, but ended too early. Staff nice & helpful. A/C thermostat worked fine. Toiletries provided ok. Pool clean & clea with clean towels available. Coffee ok. Allowed late checkout (noon).

Outer door to pool area without lock; waiting for repair. TV in bedroom did not work without staff rebooting it. Part of room under countertop not vacuumed; had small trash on carpet. Small fridge not level and wobbled.
