It is truly an experience. The brand kids loved it.
I wish they had some rooms that were not Lego themed and maybe was set up with maybe a couple double beds. We had two adults that couldn't share the bed so one had to sleep on the bunk bed which was comfy but small. we were there with grandkids and so it would have been nice if we could have had a regular room

Everyone was accommodating especially because the ac was not working. However they installed portable units that worked fantastic.
I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking.

Customer service, both pool and restaurant were closed. Lack of communication.
