The property is very private and spacious. It was decently well equipped and the staff was very communicative and helpful.
The hot tub water temperature wasn’t hot enough and it wasn’t 100% clean. The glassware and flatware were a little bit dirty, but it wasn’t a big deal. We also didn’t have paper towel but the staff team brought some for us the next morning. The property has a coffee maker but they don’t provide coffee.

Everything but the heater
The ac/heater needs to be lowered. It is too high to reach and it is dangerous for people with balance issues to get on the step stool.

Our cabin was perfect for the two of us. Perfect size. Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom was perfect after the hiking we did. We really enjoyed being able to have a fire in the fireplace. Even though we had neighboring cabins, our location was private.
There is not enough lighting over the stove and sink area for cooking.

How close to Helen and the secluded area of the cabin
Jet tub was not clean, you could hear rodents under the cabin in the crawl space
