The building itself is beautiful. Front desk staff is friendly.
1. Restaurant. Breakfast was included in our reservation. First two days of our stay we had a really bad experience: long wait to get seated, even though restaurant was about 10% occupied, long wait to get our order taken, not receiving the full order, having to ask 2-3 times for the same thing... I have to say things changed on the 3rd day with the manager being there, completely opposite experience - it was quick and efficient. It'd be nice to have an option to get breakfast earlier on weekends too since we had events to attend and had to leave before 8a.m.
2. Front desk. Everybody was nice and friendly all the time, but I had to ask for things 3, sometimes 4 times before getting them. No housekeeping service every day - no big deal for us, I took out the trash myself and asked for towels and toilet paper at the front desk - nothing upon return, had to track housekeeper again in the hallway to actually get the toilet paper. TV not working upon check in (the message read ask for assistance). Had to ask 3 times before this got resolved. Asked for a wakeup call one night since I had an important event in the morning, never received it. I do not like to complain usually and let small things go, I understand it can get busy and one can forget things, but in this hotel nothing was done upon request, I hope with some training things will change. This is not a Hilton standard. Beautiful property, nice location, but all those little issues added up and spoiled it for us.
3. Water. Be prepared to run water for at least 20 minutes before it gets hot.

I thought everything about the Hotel it self was amazing. The staff was great, the food was on par, and the room was comfortable. I wish there was a heater though, the mornings were chilly for me and I couldn't turn up the temp. That was a a bummer. Also I took a walk from the hotel to a nearby gas station my first night there. Bad choice. I was asked 4 separate times for money from people on the street, some of which made me feel very uncomfortable and fearful for my safety. One gentleman even proceeded to point out an ATM for me when I told him I had no cash. Unbelievable. I will most likely never travel to this city again, if given the option, purely for this reason. Other than that though my experience was amazing.
Not much to say on this really other than what I mentioned above. The food and drinks were good, not over priced, and the room was clean with a friendly staff. The experience here was on par with Hilton properties.

Beautiful building. Helpful maintenance staff
There was a loud humming in the room that was pretty much constant. You could feel the wall vibrating when you touched it.
The fridge wasn't working & we were told by the front desk it was an eco fridge & it doesn't get cold until something is inside of it 🤨
Luckily, maintenance was also sent up with a replacement fridge.
