Helpful staff. Large, clean room. Could park right outside my door. Snacks upon arrival.
Some things could use some updating but overall it’s a nice place for the price.

Very clean. Had every amenities you could need including a microwave and refrigerator. Located next to a gas station/ party store. Very convenient. When we checked in there was a note to grab a bag that was behind you that has your name on it. In the bag was your key and snacks....talk about small town feel.
Water pressure leaves alot to be desired and it took forever to get warm/hot. Coffee pot was on table no where near outlet which we didn't discover until we had it filled with water and ready to go. Please have cord on table next to pot so guests know its not plugged in. More outlets would be a nice addition as well as a small closet.

Only one bed was used of two. That mattress was good. The location was chosen for proximity for our travels.
Quite a few things. Even though the entire hotel/motel was under renovation, we were put into one of the two remaining rooms that still needed renovation. First off, the blinds on the window were broken, the floors had not been cleaned, the sofa had sand under the cushions, the stove combination in the kitchenette was rusty with dirty tin foil under the coils. But the biggest complaint was the security night lights outside the building. With only blinds, and may I add broken blinds, there were NO black-out curtains on the window, turning the entire place into day light. We ended up buying black form boards from the dollar store and used painters tape to tape them together to darken the room. That made a huge difference.
I question the reasoning why we had to end up with such a room. I'm sure the place will be great after the renovations are completed, including all plumbing fixtures. Perhaps they could have notified us sooner so that we had a choice to go elsewhere.
