Friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff accommodated early check-in without hesitation.
Bathroom towels were past their "use before" date.
TV ws harder to use than it should have been.

Close to Sturbridge Village
Pool was not operating. High tech coffee machines mostly broken but even when fixed they made crappy coffee. Breakfast was only OK. They accidentally charged me twice but did correct it when I called afterwards.

Close to everything
When we initially got there there was no hot water in the whole place, it was fixed quickly.
This is our 3rd time staying there and not once has the pool been open/operational. If they’re not going to have a pool this should be reflected by lowering the price to stay there. That is a huge reason many book this hotel and it is never open. The first time was January 2022, September 2024 and September 2025
The mattresses were sunken in the middle. Not comfortable
