perfect getaway weekend with my two daughters!

location couldn't be better; breakfast was the BEST...bagels best ever and I'm a Long Islander so critical...lol we loved the 'apartment' friendly staff

suggestion would be to have a little microwave in apartment. our coffee in the morning wasn't very hot and with a microwave we could have heated it up quickly. not a complaint; just a suggestion.

The heat was too much but it is was January. I also think $85 is expensive to bring a dog when you advertise as a dog friendly hotel.

The property is located right in town so you are steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, & boutiques. The staff is very accommodating & they pay great attention to your needs. One of my favorite details about the resort is the breakfast basket. For those who enjoy coffee & breakfast in bed look no further! 10/10

Would definitely go again

Cool place in downtown Greenport. Would visit again. Loved the breakfast delivery to the room and the bathroom was gorgeous.

Delightful. Will definitely return.

Beautiful. Tastefully decorated. Staff very personal. Professional yet friendly and approachable. Food was delicious.

That a staff member told me the restaurant was closed on Thanksgiving Day when it was in fact open. Went to another venue not in the same class.

Relaxing Anniversary Weekend

Breakfast was fine, would be nice to switch it up a bit so its not all the same each consecutive day. Love the spot, the outdoor areas and bar. We stop here every time were in Greenport, although this is the first time we stayed overnight.

No real complaints...a little on the expensive side, but I understand it helps to keep out the riff-raff.

It was nice and modern but not spectacular for the price

The rug in our room looked very dirty... Was not feeling great about that. The "Chef" breakfast was not special- the we were expecting a little more "work" that went into this breakfast advertised made by a chef.

Such a cute hotel, prime location, book now you won’t regret it!!

Beautiful property and rooms. Only little issue is our TV didn’t work but the staff was so kind and amendable to the issue. We loved our stay. The breakfast is fabulous!

I wish the restaurant/bar was open during the week. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday and it was closed , along with a lot of shops. Disappointed as it was in June

very unpleasant for the money

Hotel presents itself as a boutique hotel located in a historical building which has been renovated to include 3 bars , the description says that it is lively. The truth is that the noise level in unbearable and no room is quiet. I will not book via booking in the future since the presentation is not accurate and no compensation can be obtained

The misleading description and the noise level , the poor help provided by the staff, the TV remote did not work for 2 days .I had to insist to get it. fixed complementary breakfast is limited And served at 9 am! NOT a good experience

disappointed by the attitude

its real boutique, great bed, fresh, great setting, was my favorite hotel in Greenport, this being the 5th visit.

self-service check-in, because closed reception 4pm on a rainy Sunday, while their quiet restaurant is having plenty of staff, the tricky way of selling with low price plus high resort fee for the “free” wifi, the complimentary bicycles and non existing continental breakfast, whats a minimum basket you can only get at 9am, all their facilities are closed on monday and tuesday, plus having a over priced mini bar is a bit of a joke, just charge more, the hotel is worth it and give that bottom end bottle of wine plus some water for free

Wonderful B&B in the heart of Greenport. Clean, comfortable with very helpful staff. We'll be back!

A very sweet breakfast basket was delivered with coffee, bagels, fruit and juice. Room was comfortable and location was right in the heart of Greenport. In walking distance to restaurants, shopping and other visitor sites. American Beech also offered a cocktail lounge, tiki bar, pizzeria and restaurant conveniently in the courtyard of the property.

Parking is only available on the side streets. We stayed over labor day weekend and were disappointed that most of the places in the courtyard were closed on Monday.

Very kind and attentive staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Great location. Nice courtyard. Very thoughtful, high-quality continental breakfast, nicely packaged in a picnic basket for the off season.

Beautiful place and decor. Great area with lots to do . Staff was lovely. Picknic basket breakfast was great.

The carpets in the hallway and room needed cleaning was soiled. The hallways carpets seemed there was a lot of traffic and needed cleaning

We will not return to this hotel

Breakfast basket was very sweet although fruit was not fresh!!

The bed was not comfortable!! Every time we moved the bed squeaked. We both slept poorly both nights. The second night was so much worse. Our bed was up against the back of the building. I’m not sure what was behind us but the bed headboard vibrated all night. We both woke with terrible headaches!
