From the moment we arrived, all staff was welcoming and friendly.. the pool, coffee shop, and bar are very conveniently located. Very nice ambiance and location for a quick getaway.. 👌

The location was perfect. Walked everywhere in the village. And just a short ride to the ferry to return to New England.
The in room safe was broken.

Felt very European. Understated elegance. Nice touches like citrus infused water. Use of bikes for free. Young men at desk were helpful, friendly, and enjoyable to talk with. Pool area surroundings and landscaping much more appealing than the usual concrete slab. Great location. Easy to walk anywhere in the little downtown area, to the waterfront, the ferry and the train depot.
The bed and pillows were fine but not remarkable.

walking distance to town
the rooms could use a clean update. the frame around the door i felt as though i could pull the door frame off when using the door guard.
the restaurant/bar wasn’t open. the pool was cloudy but swimmable. hot tub was out of service.
