The room was a lovely size with a fantastic shower. Pool was a nice bonus to the place.

Excellent location. Recently remodelled/redecorated and our room (217) was large, quiet, nice decor and comfortable with a great bed.
Breakfast is poor. Little choice, no croissants for a continental breakfast (despite the enticing image on the website), no ham, cheese, etc, no choice of cereal, cramped space, orange juice tasted like it was from concentrate not fresh.
Staff were mixed, some very helpful and friendly, others disinterested - the person who check us in asked if we wanted daily housekeeping; we said yes but no housekeeping the next day. We asked about parking - onsite parking is reasonable for the US at $20 per night but there is plenty of free on-street parking one block away that you have to discover for yourself.
No offer of help with bags (for us or the mum with two kids behind us). Odd how many people in hospitality these days seem to dislike serving the public.

We really loved the central location lots of things to do literally on the doorstep. Being able to use the Soundview pool was a game changer giving us the best of both worlds!
