Shoutout to the pool staff! The woman behind the bar and the chef/waiter were lovely people. The pool itself is small but never crowded, in August there were always beds available, and no people hoarding sun beds.
There is a bus step behind the hotel, that takes you to Palma (20 minutes), FAN and the airport (15 minutes). Plenty of supermarkets en restaurants within seconds, and the beach is just a 10 minute walk, same for the boulevard.
The room is alright.
Breakfast was fine, there was fruit (not much and some seemed old), different kinds of bread, eggs (they make you omelets!), etc.
Even though its located right in the heart of everything, the location was pretty quiet.
Keep in mind: El Arenal is the German part of Mallorca. The shops and staff are not German, but the tourists are and people will assume you are one too. The food and the bars are mainly focussed on Germans too. If you prefer a more quiet place, or more dignified or diverse, I advise you to go somewhere else. I choose this area because I prefer a bubbly and lively place.
My room wasnt cleaned properly all the time. Sometimes I would find stains that were there the day before too, and the sheets werent cleaned daily. Even towels that I had put on the floor, sometimes were just hanged again (ew).
The light on the balcony could not be turned off, so my room never got dark at night.
Noise! The doors automatically slammed, even if you tried closing them quietly. The walls are made of paper so you could hear every cough. I had the bad luck of having neighbors that were talking super loud till around 0200, so my sleep was minimal. Also there seems to be a very loud banging that started around 22 or 23 at night. So despite the hotel being located at a quiet place, you would still get waken up several times at night (people coming back from parties etc.). Keep that in mind if you intend to not party every night :).

The value for money was good. The room had a pleasant area, including the bathroom. Both breakfast and dinner were satisfactory, with some variety and choice. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast/dinner room were excellent.
Additionally, there is an outdoor parking lot (with many potholes) right on the hotel’s street. You will definitely find a parking space there every time. There are also supermarkets within a short walking distance.
The location (El Arenal) is excellent for those who want to explore the island. But renting a car is recommended.
Our room was located on the lower ground floor of the hotel (with a small balcony). I believe the experience would have been better if it had been in the main tower building.
The furniture is somewhat outdated.
Although it’s close to the beach and a few bars, it’s not the best location, even within El Arenal itself.

This hotel was fine for an affordable one night stay near the airport. The best part was the staff ordering us a taxi for 5am, the driver was on time and friendly, we were checked in and through security 15mins later! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
The aircon in our room was struggling to cool so we had a cold shower to help. The facilities are run down and the area is a bit of a 'party scene' but it was fine.
