I didn’t like that I book with Booking and that they charge me before arriving when I got to hotel they the front desk had to charge my credit card again. I took about 5 days to refund my money didn’t get it why they did that

Francisco I think he is a bellhop, was amazing He had a great attitude and wonderful knowledge of the facility. I wish I had cash to tip him but we WILL be coming back and I’ll make it up to him.

honestly the bathroom had some questionable stains and there was someone else’s hair stuck to the wall

The esthetics were immaculate. It gave an off-shore feel.

In short; no microwave, no coffee maker, bad hosts, great smiles though, no elevator.

Nice stay overall. but there are other places for less cost with similiar quality!

great location. the Pool area is very nice.

Littles things, like the ice machine not having ice (last time i stayed there didn't have ice either). water from the shower escapes the shower onto the bathroom floor. Room needs more towels.
