Une formule club dans un Hyatt très originale : il s’agit d’un équivalent d’appartement tout équipé avec les installations du resort (9 piscines !!)
L’appartement est très spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé. Ménage quotidien en prime ce qui est très rare dans ce type d’établissement
L’hôtel donne directement sur la plage avec un sentier qui longe l’océan
Un havre de paix alors que nous avons séjourné pendant le passage de Lala avec une coupure électrique de 24 heures.

Es un apartamento enorme dentro de un hotel, totalmente equipado con una ubicación ideal, vistas inolvidables, a escasos 10 minutos paseando por la playa llegas aun centro comercial , la amplitud de la habitación, servicios de la habitación, servicio de valet para el coche que eran super atentos.
Solicite una habitación lo mas alta posible y me dieron el primer piso. En recepción les dio exactamente lo mismo como si eso no fuera un problema y en caso de serlo no fuera suyo, sin ninguna empatía. No volví a utilizar la recepción, una pena pos eso no puedo poner el 10 que se merece.

Worn out.
The playground closes way too early - 17:15 just when the weather starts to get cooler. They even lock the basketball ring with a padlock, which is unbelievable.
On my booking it was written: “Possible free parking on site, reservation not needed”.
However, when I asked at the reception where is the free parking I was told that there is only valet parking at $40 per day. This was really lame.
Furthermore I had requested an earlier check in at 14:00 as I am at the highest level with booking.com (Genius 3), but my request was rejected and we had to wait until 16:00 before we could check in. Check out is at 10am which is way too early in my opinion.
The beach in front of the hotel has about 5-10m of sand and then gets very rocky.
