The place is very quiet, clean, very well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. This motel is better than the big name brand. We were shocked upon arrival. The room is a nice size. This area is not very busy with cars. They have grills if you want to barbecue. If you want to relax this is the motel for you !!

Cleanliness, room size, decor, overall tropical vibe. I left a very sentimental necklace behind without noticing and they found it and immediately called to tell me. They had it shipped back home to me. That is above and beyond!

The location was good
What was once one of our favorite places to stay on Sanibel is no longer a very welcoming place.
The staff did not take any time to see how we liked the place or if we needed anything. In fact they beyond "Good morning" they didn't talk to us at all and were gone most of the time. What we did get was a long list of rules like we have never seen before.
