It was in a very good location, quiet and the parking was free and right on site.
I expected housekeeping service at least once during my stay to replace the coffee and dirty cups since this is a hotel but I didnt see any maids or cleaners at all in 3 days I was there.

Large room, big windows. This is a renovated old school motel done right. Park in front of your room, sit on the porch, open the windows. Kitchenette is nice to have.
Not much around the hotel, so you have to drive, but that was our plan regardless.

Musty smell in room - rug?
Only one chair in room (plastic)
The price was only slightly lower than a room with more amenities and comfortable chairs but did not offer equal value.
