I attended the NASCAR events at Michigan International Speedway, the Baw Beese was close to the events and easily accessible to the track.

The location is convenient for visiting Hillsdale College. The manager was accommodating and friendly, provided us ice and a room close to the front, away from the noisy guests at the back building. Shower towels were soft, bedding was clean.
It’s an older property and run down. The shower needs a good deep cleaning and new caulking and non-skid mat; it looked moldy and discolored with rust stains. The room smelled musty and like someone had smoked in it.

air conditioning was fine
Bathroom sink faucet in Room 5 hardly worked at all
Bathroom floor seemed dirty and greasy.
shower door height was low and so was the shower head. Designed for a person of about 5'-0 height. For this reason, water deflected over the panel onto the outside floor.

Proximity to campus
Not very clean. Could use some updating. Limited Lighting. Bathroom lights didn't turn off.
