The owner suggested we pay a tad more to upgrade to an apartment with a kitchen and a view of the lake. We were really glad we did, as we were on a motorcycle and it rained the next day. It was nice to have a place to hang out.
There were a few things that needed fixing or updating, but I think they're in the process of doing that. So no complaints.
The view of the lake from our private deck was nice.

The on-site restaurant is very good. Loved the lodge feeling on a beautiful lake. Very happy with our room

Location was good
Except for pump soap there are no other amenities. (Shampoo etc). The outlet in the bathroom did not work nor did our TV. Neither was a huge deal but inconvenient nonetheless.
