Breakfast was amazing . The cost was affordable. Location of room was amazing .
I didn’t like the shower how it got water everywhere. It was very slippery maybe could use a large mat so it’s not too slippery. I asked for more sheets and blankets didn’t get them.

The property was well maintained and seemed fairly new. The room was very nice and clean, although the glass shower door was missing a handle, it was still manageable.
Even though it was very easy on and easy off the fwy, the area was not very desirable. Directly next door to the hotel was a Whataburger and I didn’t feel safe sitting inside eating and I’m a retired police officer. The hotel property itself was very good and well lit, so I felt safe leaving my truck in the parking lot.

The electric car charge in the hotel did not work. I booked this hotdl for that very purpose.

The room was fine, the cleaning ladies were so sweet and accommodating.
Hispanic receptionist a lady with glasses that checked us in was so rude and when I asked why we were being charged again for the room she couldn’t tell me why, was very argumentative and very unprofessional. Didn’t tell us what room we were in looked like we were bothering her and her coworker when we arrived. So unprofessional I’ve never had any experience like that anywhere else I’ve stayed at. When I asked for a receipt she seemed bothered that I asked for one. Not staying at this property again.
