If you have an appetite for vintage, Cottonwood Court is your place! Built in 1928, it has the log (viga) ceilings, vintage furniture and thick walls. It's an adorable and comfortable option for the budget traveller.
Rooms are on the small side, the window AC units were loud (but got nice and cold) and there was little in the way of amenities, like no shampoo and tiny towels.

The staff was wonderful; they were so helpful. The location is close to downtown and on the main drag leading to the new parts of town. The property is older but well-appointed, with basic amenities (no pool, no laundry, etc., no pets). If you don't need those things, this place is great. The bed was big and comfortable, and the settee in our room was useful and comfortable. There was ample storage and a large closet. I love the 1950's style of the whole place and our room specifically—really a nice throwback. The bathroom is small, but it's no big deal.
