The room was super clean and such a nice set up. Not only was it comfortable, it was decorated nicely and different from typical hotels. That was my favorite part

We stayed two nights. The first night was great, we also enjoyed the cute cafe for breakfast. The second night, unknown to us, someone had reserved the majority of the motel rooms. Their party continued until 4:00 AM outside our door. Disappointed the motel allows this to happen.

Old motel that has been completely renovated. Decor is charming MCM style. Restaurant next door is excellent! Great stay.

This place looked amazing in the photos, and maybe that's the problem with it. We had a late check-in and when I called the front desk to tell them about the delay, I was told they would leave a key in a lockbox because the front desk closes at 9pm. First red flag. So, this means there is no one onsite responsible for anything during the evening hours. I stay in Airbnb that don't have 24hr attendants, but they also don't have a bar that's open until at least midnight. Having a bar is great! A big selling point for us, but the walls of our room were so thin, that the guys talking (just talking) in the room next to us until 6 in morning kept us from sleeping. No one to call about it btw, unless I went and knocked on their door. No thanks. The next two nights they had live music and people talking all night in the parking lot outside our door. It was like we were sleeping in a tent at Coachella. Which is cool, but I'm not at a music festival. They did send a note about the fact they have events and weddings, but this was just a noisy group of locals having a late-night party. Also fine, but not with walls so thin and no one that works there to tell them to chill. I never had any contact with someone who works there except the girl in the morning that took my key when I checked out and she seemed barely interested. I've had more hospitality at a motel 6. I would've loved this place when I was on tour with my punk band back in the day. But as an adult that payed good money. Nope.

It’s very basic. Not even a microwave or coffee maker in the room. They said they will upgrade me to a bigger room but the room we got was really small, I wonder how the room would be without upgrade.
Breakfast is not available at property (atleast for the duration of my stay it wasn’t available)

Our room was beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and stylish, and fun decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
While there were a couple of minor issues during my stay, such as the poor water pressure in the toilets and the doors in the newer rooms not locking properly, they were easily overshadowed by the overall excellence of the hotel. The staff quickly addressed our concerns and the check-in and check-out process was simple.
Overall, my experience at the Mystic was nothing short of exceptional.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mystic. It had a great, nodern feel to it and a cool desert garden area in the back with fire pits and a beautiful mural. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and had great food. The hours posted for the restaurant are evidently not right though, we got there for 8am and they didn't open until just after 8:30, so if you have morning plans it may not be an option. The food was good though. I would definitely recommend it.

Cute, comfortable, modern, clean and fun.

Challenging to find. Small sign and entrance looks like an alley. Reception was fine and clerk offered several recommendations for dinner. Room was clean, but VERY, VERY small. No desk oe end tables. No clock. One rather uncomfortable chair. Bathroom was clean and well supplied, but verf small and not very private. Walls are VERY, VERY thin and it seemed as if your neighbors were in the room with you. Quiet hours are NOT enforced. The guests in the next room talked VERY loudly and played guitar rigt outside our window. This went on until after midnight. IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Unless you are a night owl who likes small quirky rooms, you might want to find a different option than Mystic Motel.

Sorry I haven’t stayed at a motel for a long time , so my review maybe over critical . Photos r nicer than reality. Room is nicely remodeled and decorated, daughter loved the vibe! But it is a small room and a motel. I guess it is clean enough, not noisy, safe enough. I arrived in late evening and I was a bit concerned. Nice TV channels including many cool movies and Netflex!

I was overcharged $200 by the hotel and they have refused to refund it and the manager won’t return my calls.

This place was amazing! Hands down one of the best hotel rooms I've had this year. Everything was new and clean and ultra hip. The staff was super friendly, and best of all the food and drinks were awesome!

Charming hotel. Easy to check in and we were able to park in front of our room. Clean rooms and very tidy.

The bed was not comfortable. It took some time to figure out the climate control in the room. The motel staff were generally pleasant, however the staff in the restaurant were overall not very professional.

Our room was overall quite comfortable. From the pictures and description of the hotel online, we thought the hotel was on the outskirts of the city. It was on a very busy road in the city near a homeless shelter. We didn't feel unsafe, and it was surprisingly quiet, we were just surprised at the location.

The stay was beautiful with one exception, bad Internet signal. TV kept loading and I couldn't log into my sites, so i used my data.

Great boutique style accommodations and a very good restaurant and bar to boot! Decided we wanted something different on this trip to our winter home and will be staying there again on our trips north and south.

The common spaces were lovely and wish we could have spent more time in these areas. Nice restaurant and bar.
Our room had two beds and was super tiny. No chair to sit or dresser, barely enough room to walk. It was fine for the three of us to stay one night, but would be difficult to stay longer in a tight space. Would definitely go back and stay in a one bed room. Staff was very friendly and nice decor.

Everything was perfect, except we paid for a queen room and got a full room. Other then that minor detail was PERFECT. Clean bathrooms but minimal space.

Was able to get rid of the funny smell by turning on the air-conditioning, full blast and using a little Febreze. Secure parking café is not open on Tuesday or Monday or before 8 AM garden and area around the outside of the café is absolutely beautiful and cozy. Comfortable bed, no microwave, you can borrow the iron when they open the office later. This place was clean!

Great stay, really comfortable bed. Close to airport and great dining options.

This modern and quirky motel was awesome! The furnishings were exquisite, and some items were for sale in the front office. We wish the bar/restaurant had been open during our visit. The only downside was the obnoxiously loud trash pick-up around 6:30 AM. Otherwise, it was an extremely comfortable stay.

Easy, safe parking can park right outside your room.

Very nice place. We enjoyed it there and would come back.

This is a renovated motel with a minimalist approach to the interior space. We stayed in the Design room for which we paid $744 for 3 nights. Pros: Clean room, sheets, clean bathroom. 3.5 miles from plaza. Cons: Room lacks basic functional furnishings - no table and chair. No couch. The only chair in the room was uncomfortable with pointy shards of broken wood sticking out from the sides of base, making it unsafe for a toddler. The bathroom door was hard to lock due to a somewhat primitive bolt that would due to a misaligned bolt. The bathroom itself is extremely small. Only fixtures to hang clothes and towels are two little 5 inch sticks poking out the wall! No vent fan in the bathroom either. The shower head was clogged with limited flow. Housekeeping was half-hearted- they would change the towels but not empty the trash.
Overall not a family friendly place to stay especially with little kids. Not value for money.

We have stayed here in the past and its always been clean, cute and staff amazing. The surrounding area is very "skid row" , i was happy they added a gate for secrity. Are biggest issues when there, every time, no wifi working. It just does not work, so the TVs in the room are more for decoration, because no wifi = No TV.... this visit, we were so happy. They added a restaurant and bar, beautiful outside area. We ate a few times at the restaurant and the food was good. Drinks could use some work, you can tell its not made by a seasoned bartender. They now host events which is a problem as its not a huge space. Our last night we coudnt even park on the property because all spots were taken for the wedding. We stayed up, just in fear of our call would be okay just parked outside the motel. Later we had to fight with attendees over a spot. What a mess. I would suggest assigning rooms-guests one spot per room. That way it dosent feel like the guests are less important than your events. And having "quiet hour" at 10pm, having the events/music stop, cool... but everyone right out your door leaving and cleaning up until 12 something. Ugh! I dont have plans on returning to Santa Fe, as it seems to have lost a lot of its beauty or its beauty is covered up by all the homeless and drug addicts, but if i did i would no longer stay here as i know the guests are 2nd to the events. I do hope your restaurant well as they did a good job.
