It was very easy to get to from the freeway and located within a comfortable walking distance from the historic downtown district. Super cute house, clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Very quiet neighborhood and the breakfast was perfect to start my day! Lovely and accomodating hosts. Thank you!

The Poppy Sister Inn is located within walking distance of downtown, yet far enough away to be a quiet location. The outside grounds are nice, with cozy outdoor seating provided. The breakfast was yummy, the mattress very comfortable, and the staff very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, I am allergic to scented laundry detergents and fabric softeners. I should have checked before booking to ask if the Inn used scented products, since this is a privately owned B&B. (Hotel chains don't use scented products.) I forgot to check, and when we checked into our room discovered that they wash the bedding with scented detergents & softeners, which made it very hard for me to sleep. This is not the Inn's fault; I should have checked before booking. I would suggest that they consider switching to fragrance-free products to accommodate all travelers. Other than this, it is a lovely place to stay, with very welcoming staff.
