Our stay was wonderful on the beach. I would book here again.

The location on the beach is perfect. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the staff was informative and helpful. There was always shade available on the outside deck.

The property itself was great. I think the neighbors might of helped them selves to the wood we had purchased and put in our fire pit.

Expected lake view window Gave two pages of channels for TV and most were not available Think the stove needed cleaning as smoke alarm kept going off when baking Bunk bed not comfortable No pineapple!

serious updates needed

i can’t really say - bed was comfortable

1. we thought we’d be able to walk a beach or swim disappointed 2. living room furniture has disgusting stains - had to put blanket on it to sit 3. no streaming - cable available but tv was size of a laptop and no casting 4. cement floors appeared covered by ceramic tile from thr 70s - like summer camp 5. beds very squeaky - really bad 6. walls paper thin - can hear entire conversations or kids crying/screaming 7. outside chairs were white plastic and stained from years of dirt - no real beach chair 8. no strip outlet in kitchen - had to keep disconnecting microwave, coffee pot or toaster 9. manager never returns calls or picked up 10. no dust pan to sweep up sand tracked in 11. hangers impossible to use - the kind you can’t steal but also can’t arrange 11. poorly stocked - only one glass and two coffee cups 12. No D/W which is fine but only one sink and nowhere to rinse and no drying rack 23. steps off deck to sand are so dangerous and falling apart - almost too big of step down at an angle for most people to make without serious risk of injury

Our family had a really good time!

I liked the location,cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff.

The sand hill was hard walking up, all those wooden stumps in the water and the biting flies.

tried to call several times to see if we could check in a little early, nobody ever answered or called back. the website

it was a very nice size. Full size kitchen.

the beach was a slight hill. the water was full of rocks, kids could not swim.

Nice stay

The only reason I gave it a 4 is because we could not get the television to work. We attempted to contact owner but due to cell service we could not connect. Other wise everything was great. It was cold so we did not get to do anything outside but we did walk to sand area and it looked very nice. Had 2 Fore pits, one in sand which was cool. Picnic tables, small play area. This is a small area but nice. We will stay with them again.

Very clean & great location & lake view

A) to be honest there is very little sound proofing/insulation in walls we had very noisy neighbors on both sides. My daughter had to . sleep on couch so as not to be woken . B) flooring and kitchen could use some updating

I would definitely stay here again!

The cabin offered everything we needed. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the lake shore and waking up to the sunrise was wonderful! The swing set and sand toys for the kids to play with on the beach were a wonderful addition! The location is convenient to both Oscoda and Tawas for groceries and dining etc.

It might be nice to offer an outdoor shower or rinsing station area for children covered in sand after playing on the beach.

Location right on the lake. Very clean real nice Open floor plan. Angela was very nice pleasant to talk to.

nice cottage

the location was great and the staff was super friendly!

the beach area could’ve been cleaner and cleared of debris such as acorns, sticks and rocks. The chairs by the fire pits has rips and holes. The deck needs some TLC. The cottages need updating. It was run down and needed a good deep cleaning. update the bedding as well. This place could be a hidden gem if it was fixed up.

Very good

Nice people, quiet, beautiful view of the lake, had a lot of fun and the cabins were big enough!

Needs something’s, deck chairs were falling apart, swing set still hadn’t been fixed since last year, could use some fresh sand on the beach as to the roots of the trees are showing through and are a tripping hazard! And someone brought a dog and we had to listen to it barking all night!

It was comfortable. We cooked and enjoyed sight seeing. New family memories.

We liked being able to watch the sunrise and sunset on the lake without leaving c the property.

We did t realize the cottage was a quadplex, with shared walls between units. We would have preferred a free standing cottage.

Perfect Getaway

I liked pretty much everything about the property. The manager was amazing and informative about where to go and what to do. We were late checking in and she let us have a later check out because of it. As I’m writing this on actually on my way back for another stay 😀

The only thing I would recommend is to get the screens fixed on the windows facing the lake, possibly spraying for biting flies, and raking the sand so there’s not as many leaves…. All of this is easily over looked however for the drs your getting with a fully functioning apartment.

Nothing.

Extremely disappointed. Dirty floors..stove was dirty and did not work.dirty grill at site...ripped outdoor chairs..poor lighting in bedrooms...I could add more..just pass this one by.

The proximity to the beach was great - right outside the door.

The room had not been cleaned when we arrived. Cleaning staff came right away and took care of it. We did not need the kitchenette, but it is not a full kitchen. There is very little in terms of cooking and eating a meal available. There was construction on both beaches on either side of us which was noisy. It rained the whole time, so we weren't able to enjoy the beach anyway. The chairs provided on the porch and beach were very worn and falling apart. Need to be replaced.

Great place to stay!

Loved the location, facilities were clean and accommodating, and the view and beach were amazing!

Would like to see a couple more pillows and towels, and access to a few basic cleaning supplies for extended stays just to keep up with things( I’m a bit of a neat freak)

The air wasn’t working for the first 2 days. The place was out dated and there weren’t any amenities. The price I paid was not worth the stay
