Breakfast was lovely and served with a smile. Location was great being only 10 minutes walk to central Totnes. Great to be able to leave the car there and walk to town

The single room on the ground floor was a bit small. The bathroom was very small. I didn’t see any of the other rooms so can’t comment on whether it’s a romantic place to stay
