We had a very pleasant stay.
As expected for Paris, the room was quite small, however the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with a large shower and excellent water pressure. We also really appreciated that we arrived much earlier than check-in time and were still given our room. There are supermarkets, cafés, and bars just a short walk away, making the location very convenient. The room could use a fresh coat of paint, but overall it was clean and offered great value for the location.
as mentioned above the room could use a fresh coat of paint

Easy location, maybe not for first timers to Paris. I wanted to be out of the center. The room was nice, great rain shower. Breakfast was simple, basic, self serve.
The room is small but we stayed for one night and we are light travelers. (one carry on and backpack). The bed was comfy.

Clean linen and location, the cafeteria has a nice view of the street and each room had a large window opening onto the road, abundant natural light gave a good vibe
bathroom was too small and dark colour theme made it Closter phobic, the corridor was too narrow and dark too

modernized hotel room, strong water pressure in the shower, quite clean, very convenient and nice neighborhood
the single room is really too small for me and I have some doubts whether it's as big as advertised. i regret this choice. because it really was too small for me to be comfortable.
it's clear the hotel is minimising cost - i was provided only 2 towels total (not the standard 3 for floor, hand and body), 1 paper cup. no teabag or water or any other cup in the room (available on ground floor area only). I asked the cleaning staff for a more fresh towel when they were cleaning other rooms on my floor since I asked for no cleaning that day (since the room is so small I didn't want them to bother having to maneuver around my luggage ), the staff told me I needed to return the previous towels to receive new one, because they count the towels !
some of the daytime staff were giving a little attitude (e.g. watched me lift heavy luggage to put in their storage room, asking me which room i stayed in when I went out of the hotel, without telling me why they asked, cleaning staff spoke to me in an impatient way all three times)
the late night staff were all very warm and extra helpful though.
