The lady at the desk in the morning is so nice and respectful, every time I visit she's in a good mood and friendly
The Wi-Fi works okay but the some of the rooms the plug in sockets don't work too well but other than that good experience and quiet

I worked night shift & was able to sleep, with no housekeeping knocking on the door.
Ice maker is toast, the only chair in my room has a broken back (you will fall backwards out of the chair ? ) both tv remotes wouldn't work the TV (plus you had to swap batteries from one the other.
