The location was amazing.
This home is very worn and old. There was a termite problem in the bedroom with the kind bed and they were all over the drapes and window. Drapes were ripped in many rooms, furniture was old, dirty, and stained. The bathroom shower near the kitchen the shower is rotting at the bottom. This home could use some TLC.

The view was amazing and location.
The place needs TLC. Nice location but place is dated. Downstairs bathroom needs renovation. The beds are terrible. Can be a nice place if some updates are done throughout
