On the river jem!

Location was fantastic.

Ice machine didn’t work. Vending machine did not have water. No snack vending machine. For a hotel a few miles out of town, the proprietor could do well with a few vending facilities. Also, multi-plug charges (duplex + USB) in the rooms would be a good upgrade.

Very good

Excellent location and very clean for the age. Staff was very friendly. And the little beach was great!

The ac in our room sounded like it was going to explode and struggled to cool the room

We will return for a getaway. This time we will stay in our room the whole time. Not going downtown!

Location was great! Didn't want to be in downtown Leavenworth. Wanted to relax. Having our own little bistro chair and table sitting by the river drinking our coffee was the best ever! The room smelled wonderful can't describe it. Was clean. We will be back.

Needed a blanket in the room and pillows for the outdoor chairs

Exceptional

For being an older hotel, it was immaculate. The view is so beautiful and sleeping next to the river is so calming.

I didn't like that I had to cut our stay short because I was ill. 😔

Comfortable

Beautiful location on the river . Room was large and large refrigerator. But most importantly the place was very clean! Staff were very nice. I will be going back.

Exceptional quality.

Staff was super nice and friendly. Lots of snow and everyone pitched in to help us clean off cars. Room was clean and the views were amazing.

invest on new matrix.

bed matrix was in really bad condition. if you have any back conditions I definitely would not stay there… room was definitely not clean, I have to move the night stand to plug in my cell and found some stuff from people I am guessing was there before me. the hair dryer was all dusty. coffee maker wasn’t working 😏. I try to ignore everything to make our trip worth it. but you know when you pay for something, you have some expectations.

I never ended up staying here because it felt eerie.

It’s nice that it’s on the river but it’s also right beside the highway so you definitely hear traffic.

The exterior looks very run down. It looks vacant. The pool or the hot tub weren’t working.

Great hosts, decent location, good value.

The river access and view was nice. The room was older but it was clean. We had an emergency arise on the day of our checkout and they were really accommodating with allowing us a bit extra time to checkout. We were really thankful for that.

The lights outside the window were incredibly bright even with the curtain closed. It was a little further from Leavenworth for what we had planned. The hot tub does not work and the place is older but overall it was a great little place to stay.

Nice place. We arrived at check in 2:15. No one in office and no one answered phone. 15 min wait

No Breakfast which we were aware of. Hot tub not in service which we wern't aware of. 3.5 miles from town of Leavenworth, WA. Located right on the beautiful Wenatchee River. Would visit again.

The location and views were wonderful. The front desk man was pleasant and the bath towels were clean and many of them.

The ac unit was frozen and barely worked. The carpet was wet and there was someone else's hair all over the bathroom. We also were charged almost $300 for this 😐

Clean room and a great view of the river

we did not eat breakfast, but the view of the river was fantastic. We'd sit on the upper deck/ walkway and read and listen to the river. Very peaceful. You could actually swim in the river as they have a small wading area. Rooms were clean, older motel, not a lot of amides but very pleasant.

A refreshing view and stay for an affordable price, thank you!

The location was really nice, having the river right next to it is refreshing. It was also close to a tavern which ended up being nice too.

I was not sure of what to do when leaving before the office was open, maybe a sign that says to put the badges through the door’s mail slot? Then again this was my first time booking a night at a motel.

Most amazing staff and view!

The rental was clean and well maintained, the owner was wonderful and so sweet. They kept the snow shoveled and the driveway plowed and the view of the river with the snow was breathtaking!

There is no top locks on the doors on the inside which make it so the babies could open the door on there own. We just moved a chair infront of the door at night.

We didn’t have breakfast, didn’t think it was available. Beautiful view of the river!

Not the best coffee. Should offer better creamer.

It was our anniversary and I requested wine and flowers: they delivered above and beyond.

Loved the location by the river. The staff was excellent.

The shower in our room needs work. Water pressure from shower head was weak from leaking diverter valve.
