Cute room. The hospitality made me feel special and welcome. Happy hour and snacks were nice. Comfortable bed. Lovely outside nook for breakfast

The location absolutely could not be beat. Right in the heart of old town within walking distance of nearly everything on the island
Rooms are a little sparse, but for the value and location it’s barely an issue

Proximity to Duvall Street. The staff is very accommodating and nice.
The hotel is extremely rundown. The room was very small. And did not reflect what the picture showed. The pictures made it seem much more clean, and updated. I live in Florida so I was able to bring my own bedding so that made me feel better.
