The overall experience was great. The hosts were very accommodating.
The only knock was that the bedroom we stayed in was warm by evening. It had a sun room off the back door which had a mini split unit but it was not working so I think the heat in that sunny room made the bedroom warm plus its about 100 degrees outside which doesn't help. They did have a floor fan that helped in the evening to cool it off.

Sunny was super friendly, the house was adorable, the street was quiet, and the room was very comfortable, with plenty of space, a fridge and a nice bathroom. We were in easy walking distance of the historic downtown area, two short blocks from the Trolley Tour too!

It was in a great location just a block from St. George st and tucked away from the noise. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. We are St. John’s county locals and this place did not disappoint. Staff was absolutely fantastic, it was clean and the room was awesome.

There wasn’t any breakfast. Though it wasn’t a surprise I thought this would be a B&B. It was not
The house needed upgrades. There was no parlor -just bedrooms. The balcony needed fresh paint as well as more comfortable seats.
