Loved the location. The house is a bit dated but very clean and you can view the ocean from every window. The walk to the beach was great and the view from the ocean with the sunset is breath taking. We saw deer each morning between the house and the beach. The A/C didn’t work the greatest but we slept with the screen door open to get cool air.
The A/C could have worked better, the room at night got hot and had to sleep with the door open with the screen closed.

This was our second stay at Sandborn. Fabulous place to get together with family. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful views and a great hot tub. Just steps from the beach.
The house is a little dated, but cozy & clean.

Beach! This is on the edge of the development in Cleone. 180° views of ocean and sunrise.
The kitchen is upstairs so my elderly mom was a bit trapped.
