The unit is a 3br/3ba that sleeps 8 people. The great room includes the kitchen, dining area and large living room, all of which overlook the waters of the harbor. HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants. Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay. No Smoking 'Not Allowed On Balcony OR In Condo'. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit No Fishing Off The Docks. No Pets. No Parties. No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants. No candles No Trailers. For years I have rented different condos in the building and this is one of the nicer decor ones. We came in right before Ian and the owner himself contacted us to be sure we were safe! It had just about everything you could need for a weeks stay. I would perhaps replace the pots and pans as they are in very used condition and perhaps some large beach towels. The rooms are always a nice nice and the view from the balcony gave me dolphins every morning and evening prior to the hurricane! We will stay here again!

Very nice condo and it’s cleaned!!! Very easy to check in .. When there is a problem they fix it so quickly! We sure be back again !! It’s about 10 minutes walk to pier 60.

We were within walking distance of all that Clearwater had to offer. Great food, the Townehome was very large, extremely clean and the view from the balcony was a gorgeous. I would definitely recommend if you have a family and are headed to Clearwater to stay here.

This property was perfect for our family of 6 and my parents! The kitchen was well equipped (other than needing a cheese grater, a top for the blender (which was replaced with a new one), and a cracked coffee pot), the beach decor was fun, the beds were comfy, and the toys were an added bonus for our kids. It was very clean (other than a dusty cabinet in the front hall - maybe some work was done recently there?). The elevator wasn’t working for half of our stay, and we heard from other residents that this is an ongoing issue. Something to bring groceries up from the garage would have been helpful as well. Thanks for a wonderful home away from home!

Condo was perfect everything you could possibly need. We loved the balcony where we spent hours watching the dolphins. No need to have a car you can walk to everything. There are free rides all over the island as well. Walk 2 blocks to the most beautiful beach.

Everything was just as advertised. This condo was clean and well decorated. Furniture was comfortable, bed was firm but good. I had no trouble sleeping. The location was perfect. You could walk to Everything! I highly recommend this place.

A good option

A good option

Pros: Upon arrival, this was possibly the cleanest property I've ever rented. I'm picky about cleanliness and this was really a good start. The location is pretty good. It's not right on the beach but it is just a few short minutes to walk to it. It's also ever so slightly away from the busiest parts of the town, enough to be slightly more away from the noise of traffic and crowds. Security was good, requiring a code to the garage, primary elevator entrance, and finally the condo itself. We loved that there were several toys left behind by the owner or previous guests that our girls played with during the frequent storms that kept us inside. Lots of room for our family and everything we used was in good working order. The washer/dryer was essential. Cons: Obviously this is personal preference, but both me and my wife considered the beds to be some of the least comfortable we've ever slept on. Incredibly firm, so if that's what you like, you won't be disappointed. The biggest drawback, however, was the constant noise from surrounding condos and the elevators. This condo is directly in front of the elevators and has neighbors on each side and top/bottom. The noise from every scooting chair above us was easily transferred to our bedroom as we tried to sleep. We actually had to go buy sound machines at the local Target to get our girls to sleep with all the noise. All things considered I do believe this to be a nice property. Although we wouldn't stay here again, that's mainly due to the fact that we weren't overly impressed with Clearwater over other popular beach destinations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It had everything that we needed and more! We flew in so we were thrilled to see that there were beach chairs and A cooler for us to use., possibly left by a previous renter. We left the umbrella that we had bought so hopefully it will be a blessing to someone else. The walk to the beach will take a few minutes since there is no access across the street. It was extremely busy since there is public access. So we drove approximately 1/2 a mile across the bridge to Sand Key which was perfect and only $5 parking for the day .

Fabulous location and property! This place was even better than the description. We did a fair amount of cooking here and had everything in the kitchen that was needed. Love the location! We were able to basically park our rental car for the week and walked to all of the restaurants and shopping as well as the beach easily. Loved the back Patio overlooking the marina area. We even saw manatee and dolphin. We will definitely be back!

We came from out of state and arrived too late to go to the grocery store. Had to buy soap at the gas station across the street. (We were told there would be soap and basic supplies including tissues but the supplies were scanty to say the least.) no beach towels were included and no beach chairs. We knew in advance there wouldn’t be chairs but why not supply beach towels? As for Clearwater Beach we were surprised that it ranks as number 1 beach in the US. Far from it so we won’t be back. Not sure what the criteria is for the ratings.

Would highly recommend this home away from home, nice clean well decorated home. As a family of four we were very comfortable with our own bedrooms and baths, but you could easily accommodate 6-8 comfortably if a couple are younger that could share a bed. Look forward to returning again in the Future.
