Take your private elevator up to the roof top terrace and relax in its 6 person hot tub while the sun goes down. Cook out on the grill and enjoy a drink next to the fire-pit. This unit will sleep 8 guests with a California king size bed in the master suite, twin size bunk beds located in 4th bedroom on master suite level, and queen beds in each of the other two bedrooms, a Pack N Play is also available for infants. Master bedroom offers a private balcony with views of the beach and sunsets as well. 5 balconies in all! Each floor can be accessed by a private elevator. Washer and Dryer included. Everything needed to enjoy your stay is included with this unit. Dishes, linens, towels, TV/ Internet. Beach supplies like Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Water toys, boogie boards are all available of use. Also has enclosed garage for your car or truck. Brand new carpet on the stairs for 2018. There were a couple of glitches when we arrived but the property manager was quick to correct. While there's an elevator, be ready for a workout with the 5 stories. House was nice and in a good location but do not believe it was worth the money we spent for the week.

Overall the stay was great. There were some issues that were not. The master bath shower door was rusted and wouldnt shut. When we arrived the living room light bulb was burnt out. Luckily there were bulbs stored and we replaced. Also all the propane tanks for the heaters and firepit on the terrace were empty. I ended up buying a new one and never got to use it. So there is a full propane tank in the garage for the next family. There was also 1 toilet roll in each bathroom, we had to buy more during our stay. I guess these are small things and we can nit pick but for what we paid, it would have gone a long way. On the positive side, check in was smooth and check out was simple. We just needed to throw away our trash. Plenty of towels were provided, there was no shortage. We were welcome to use their beach wagon and chairs and that was wonderful. Over all the stay was great and comfortable. Location couldnt be better.

Location, location, location. That was not all to this property. It was well appointed with everything you can imagine for short and long term stays. Quick walk to shops, restaurants and THE BEACH. The sunsets are breathtaking. Sunrises can also be viewed from the top floor. The elevator was a great help. 5+ Stars. We will likely stay again.

We were 3 couples looking for a fun sunny destination to enjoy together. This property worked beautifully! We all had our own space, and typically hung out together on the beautiful roof top deck, morning coffee or end of day drinks. Minor issue dealt with immediately by property manager. Property is exactly as in photographs in the listing. Location was excellent, we walked everywhere, no rental car needed. We will definitely use this property again should we return to Clearwater.

We had planned a family Thanksgiving getaway which included my my 86 year old mother in law. This place was perfect! The elevator was great for those with mobility issues, or those who got tired of climbing the stairs. The views from every balcony were beautiful, and the roof top was amazing. The location is just a block from the beach, and two blocks from the main Clearwater Beach craziness, so close enough to walk and explore but far enough away from the bars to not be bothered by people or noise.

One of my favorite, all-time VRBO stays. GREAT condo!! Close to everything, but far enough away. Any location in high-demand and high-usage will have little dings. But this condo shows a definite pride in ownership. Will definitely keep this in mind for a future visit.

We had a wonderful experience here over the summer. We usually stay in Dunedin but wanted to switch it up for a closer stay at the beach. It’s just a couple blocks to Clearwater. Perfect location to beach, bars, and restaurant! The view from the top deck was beautiful! The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
