I like everything it’s so perfect and good affordable price and location it’s excellent

Spacious, everything you need, 3 bathrooms available.
The walls are very thin and you hear everything during the night.
The floors are wood both in the apartment and above, so you hear the smallest sound during the night.
Being in a busy district, people stay out late at night, making home coming of those guests very noisy.

La ubicación, piso amplio y cómodo. Inquilinos amables y simpáticos.
Falta ventilador en habitación y estancias comunes. La limpieza es pésima. No hay productos básicos como papel de wc, trapos de cocina, etc. Y algunos inquilinos cogían comida o bebida nuestra sin permiso. Falta de llave en puerta. Luces fundidas o casi fundidas y ducha principal embozada, con lo cual el agua se salía hasta el pasillo

C'est un appartement cozy dans un vieil immeuble portugais charmant.
La porte de l'appartement ne se laisse pas correctement fermer. J'ai dû nettoyer les systèmes de fermeture qui bloquaient sa fermeture sécurisée.
Les portes des chambre n'isolent aucunement le son, on entend strictement tout.
Les serrures des portes des chambres ont été altérées par le propriétaire avec du plâtre pour empêcher une fermeture totale.
Certaines portes présentaient des signes de cambiolage/d'ouverture forcée. Avec aucune porte qui se ferme, l'appartement n'est pas sûr du tout.
Dans la même rue se trouvent plusieurs clubs louches.
