nice location overall, really close to metro station, midcentury building and nice wooden floors, also the suite was located on the highest floor, so the views from the windows were great! lots of cafes nearby and The Layers became my most visited breakfast and coffee place during my stay
if I get a chance to visit Lisbon again, I'd definitely stay again
water is heated with gas in the building, which seems to be common in the area and it might take some time for the hot water to start coming out of the faucet. Overall, it's not a problem, but a small note on the information sheet would have been nice to avoid the confusion during the first shower :)

Wirklich super war die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber:innen. Wenn man ein Problem oder eine Frage hatte, wurde einem sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Das Zimmer (mit eigenem Bad) war groß, hell, hatte viel Platz und war wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok und auch groß.
Man sollte sich jedoch einen Fön mitnehmen. Der eine Fön für alle im Gemeinschaftsbad war immer weg, das war schon echt anstrengend.
Auch war es sehr hellhörig, nach außen und in der Wohnung.
Von zwei alten Aufzügen funktionierte nur einer. Der war leider andauernd nicht bereit, weil manche vergessen haben die innere Tür (es ist so ein Gitter, was zugezogen werden muss) zuzumachen. Das ist um in den 7. Stock oder auch runterzukommen echt anstrengend. Liegt natürlich nicht an den Vermieter:innen, aber ist schon nervig.
Für mich haben Preis-Leistung nicht völlig gestimmt, aber der Aufenthalt war ok.

La communication était fluide avec des réponses rapides. La localisation était au top, avec des cafés et commerces autour. Et la suite était tout simplement ce qu’il me fallait. Un appartement partagé mais avec mon intimité.
Rien à dire.
