Me encantó el hotel y su habitación, limpia, ordenada y muy tranquilo para dormir.

Todo estuvo estupendo, nada malo que reseñar.

no air con, uncomfy bed, kept awake all night with neighbouring guests banging around 1:30am - 4am

No air conditioning in the rooms. And there are no staff at the hotel itself. That involves walking down the road to the Congress Hotel. Although it is only about 2 minutes away if that.

Well located. Well equipped and clean, very quiet. Excellent breakfast in the Lindner Congress hotel cross the road.

Room was very nice, if a little basic, view from the window was great as was the location, ideal for using the track or GP circuit.

Felt a bit souless as did not see a single person the whole time, and everything felt like it was closed or no longer used. Breakfast was at the other hotel across the road, just felt a little strange to me.

The location for the hotel for the track was exceptional especially for the value for money! Decoration and available facilities were exceptional and the staff were very accommodating and helpful

We had problems checking in as the automated system didn't work which meant we had to walk across the road to the sister hotel and go through a long winded process to check in. We also didn't like the fact that the hotel had no bar or dining facilities and we had to walk several hundred metres to access them. We also went for the half board option and dinner consisted of a very underwhelming buffet.

No air conditioning in the bedroom so the temperature was too hot even with the windows open. Signing in and out did not work so had to go to congress hotel across the road

No staff at our hotel. The check in system was not functioning properly, we were delayed entry to our rooms until 430PM!

Nothing, overpriced rip off

No staff, everything is automated, which is fine but it didn’t work, so spent most of the time having to walk back and forth to the main hotel to get key cards, parking passes , that you also had to pay for, you would think a 300 euros a night hotel would at least have a reception, and also not to charge you 3 euros every time you leave the carpark, the whole setup was dismal, and that’s being generous

Location was fine for the driving tours.

It’s not so much a criticism as a “you need to be aware” feedback. There are NO STAFF. This is a totally unassisted hotel. you check in at a kiosk. the numbers on my booking.com confirmations were not correct and we had to phone someone to get the correct number to check in. There is no one to help you if you need it. The keys stopped working three times which meant trips back down to the kiosk to re-create new ones. The room has NO air conditioning and it was HOT. If you open the windows it helps a small amount but not enough and you get flies. It was hard to sleep. The signage is appalling. Breakfast is included but it was a ghost town. No restaurants open but there’s one tiny sign that says you can eat breakfast at the hotel across the road. It’s very basic. No fridge, to tea or coffee. Just a room.

nice balcony room was clean and tidy

no staff anywhere couldn’t check in till 16:00 no wifi available and no one to ask. breakfast included but couldn’t find restaurant apparently it’s in another hotel. parking an extra expense on top of a an already expensive room very dissatisfied would not stay here again.
