Byli jsme s ubytováním velmi spokojení.
Pokoj jsme dostali v nové budově vedle. Vše bylo v pořádku. Pokoj byl velmi prostorný, zařízený v dřevě. Všude bylo čisto a velmi útulno.
Pokoje na fotkách jsou pravděpodobně starší než je realita 😊
Snídaně byli také v pořádku. Výběr byl standardní a nic nechybělo.

Příjemný a vstřícný personá,jak na recepci tak v restauraci,Jídlo skvělé.
Na pokoji čisto,vybavení dobré vše v pořádku.

Für uns war es ein erholsamer Kurzurlaub.
Schade ,das die Gaststätte nur bis 20.00.Uhr auf hatte. Wir hätten gern noch den Abend ausklingen lassen.
Aber wir haben uns untergeordnet und sind auf das Zimmer gegangen..
Wir hatten 2 Einzelzimmer und preislich waren wir sehr zu frieden. Wir hatten viel unternommen und Harrachow in sehr guter Erlnnerung behalten.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten beim Fernsehen keinen deutschen Sender.
Die Rezeption half sofort. Mein persönliche Wunsch wäre der Sender Welt bzw. ARD gewesen ,aber die vorhandenen waren okay und das Handy half auch weiter.( Mediatek )Also alles super.
Wie können das Hotel weiter empfehlen ,auch wegen dem Hotel Parkplatz.

Snidané i večeře chutné, dostačující, milý personál.
Krásné okoli, v blízkosti centra v klidném prostředí.
Měli jsme objednaný čtyřlůžkový pokoj , místo toho jsme dostali dvojlůžkový s přistýlkou.
Pro 2 dospělé a 2 děti nedostatečné.
Nebyli jsme upozornění, že nebude v provozu bazén
