Clean and tidy, close to beach and town. Cheap.
Food great, massive selection and all hot and fresh.
Staff were friendly, but very vague...had no info at check in regarding times of meals, a map of town, or anything else. Expected a little more from a 4*. No info in rooms either. When i asked about meal times (was all inclusive) they said look at the signs.
So we had to find the signs to see when food was.
Check in took about half an hour as lady said I had booked wrong number of children. I showed her my booking confirmation, which they had sent me, which clearly showed ages of the kids, and she was trying to tell me one was classed as an adult, so would be a different price. I refused as said the website gave me the age options..i just followed it. Therefore, it was their problem, not mine, as i booked what they said. She went and spoke to the manager & apparently it keeps happening... so they'd allow it ...??!? Wtf?
One of the bar staff was very grumpy and told me off for ordering 3 drinks at a time, one for myself and 2 cokes for the kids. He said one drink per person waving his arms, very grumpy. I said so do you want me to fetch the kids off the pool table mid game, to que up with me, when I'm already here?"" He huffed and puffed and said I will do it one time only. Next time they come an get own.
Yet the other bar man was lovely and had no issues at all .
Food times were Very busy.. cattle market of pensioners barging into you to get to the front of the que...but the food was great, so it didn't bother us.

Great pool area, rooms comfy enough, had 6th floor room so got the bigger balcony which was great. 2 mins walk to the strip. Good value for the price

Good size bed
Walls are all stained, bathroom was not perfectly cleaned, there were still hairs on the toilet and showers also on the bed linnen. Balcony could barely fit two people. Our neighbours next doors are loud. And the reception did not care / did not do something about it. We let the housekeeping clean our room but when we came back they did not clean the bathroom floor and bedroom floor good, there were still dirt everywhere. We will not come back anymore, i would also not recommend this.
