Location is great, at the beach, distance to the center of the town approx 2.5 km, but a peasant walk. Staff is super, super helpful! Excellent tavernas nearby (we enjoyed Vatania Tavern super much). The room could be a bit tiny for 2+1kid. We appreciated a lot the breakfast; it is not a buffet, but is served especially for you and you have the option to choose between several options. Parking space in front of the hotel is limited, but we managed to find free space every time and very closeby, so it was not a problem at all. The room is well equipped with a kitchen, which we almost did not use, but appreciated. Very nice selection of books and some board games were available in the lobby and downfloor :) . The pool is small, but well maintained and we appreciated it a lot on more windy days. Overall a very pleasant experience!
The bathroom was tinier than expected and with limited space for bath stuff. The room size is good enough for 2, a bit tiny for 2+1. The road in front could be a bit noisy at fully open doors. But these all are small details. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Firstly the owners are such lovely, helpful people.. Very accommodating and can't do enough to help you with anything. They make this place. The apartments were modern, clean, comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Fantastic location, quieter end of Rethymno, beach literally over the road and great tavernas on your doorstep. Couldn't of asked for more. Would not hesitate to stay again if we return to Rethymno.
Nothing! The split level apartment could've done with a little more storage in the bedroom as wardrobe is down stairs but only a minor inconvenience

Great location, nice pool we didn’t struggle to get a bed as it wasn’t that busy. Room had everything you would need. Literally on the beach and lots of beds/ beach bars to choose from. Lots of restaurants nearby but also very close to old town, €7 in a taxi but also an easy walk. Aircon worked well but didn’t need to use very often as the room remained cool as was in the “basement” so didn’t have direct sun on it. Good value for money.
Toilet cistern was faulty so meant every time you flushed you had to lift the cistern lid to dislodge something that was stopping it from filling again, not ideal every time you use the toilet but I think was isolated to our room. Room could be updated decor/ design wise e.g wall lamps in odd placement to the beds. Offered cleaning everyday but didn’t feel that clean afterwards, bathroom didn’t seem to have a “proper” clean for the whole week just replacement of towels. About 4 days in a massive rug appeared in the room after cleaning which we didn’t request or need it was quite a rough material. When we first checked in there was random patches of water on the floor (not in bathroom) which wasn’t the best first impression when you stand in it after a long day of travelling. Something kept beeping every 2 hours we couldn’t figure out what it was. Hotel is very basic but we weren’t expecting much more for the money.
