Excelent location
The mattress was sinking and it was a bit uncomfortable. We were given only one key for 2 people. I asked for a plunger because the sink was clogged and they didn't have one.

Big room, air conditioning, smart TV, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good value for money.
Location next to the main railway station, while convenient for getting around Rome, is not the most romantic.
A bit confusing at checkin, since the reception is located at the 1st floor and the rooms at the 4th.
