The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Maged, Chef Mohamed Farag, and Chef Abdallah for their exceptional hospitality and for making our stay even more special. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room and a complimentary dinner at the à la carte seafood restaurant. All the staff were exceptional especially Mr maged , Mr mostafa , Mr Hisham at the reception and Mr mubarak at housekeeping, and Mrs Sherine at the spa The food was excellent and very diverse that it satisfies all tastes The beach and the sea were also very great and beautiful

There were no trolleys for carrying the luggage

The hotel’s gardens are impressive, beautiful and very clean. The staff are fantastic, kind and helpful. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about them. Maged Talaat was always there to help us throughout our entire stay. We enjoyed a varied selection of tasty food in the restaurant. The housekeeping staff did everything they could to keep the rooms clean, and we received fresh towels and bed linen every day, even though we did not request them. The coral reef is truly exceptional and absolutely beautiful.

However, there were also several things we did not like: Entertainment at the hotel is almost non-existent. It seems to be mainly available for Italian guests and in Italian. In the evenings, the entire hotel felt deserted. There was always an unpleasant smell around the bars. The beachfront restaurant had been dismantled, and there was no information about this anywhere. The rooms are worn-out and outdated, and although the housekeeping staff do their best to keep them clean, the age and condition of the rooms are still very noticeable. There were mouldy areas in the bathroom, and the tap was falling apart. Overall, we would rate this hotel a solid 7 out of 10, so we simply could not understand how it could have a 9.2 rating on Booking.com. We actually understood how this might be possible when we checked out. At reception, we were immediately required to complete the hotel’s review, and the staff clearly expressed their dissatisfaction when we gave it a 9. The entire positive impression they had built up was undermined by the fact that we were pressured into submitting the review immediately, even though I clearly explained that I needed more time to think about it. Fortunately, I was able to edit my review afterwards.

Quality of food could be better. Pool outdated. Beach is not functional.
