The staff was very friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Mr. Shenaoda and Mr. Mekhael for their warm welcome and assistance during check-in. The entire animation team was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable, and the restaurant team was also excellent and very attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciated the great hospitality!

It was a great experience to make a holiday in Chamillion. We got always support of all hotel team. Especially Mehdi and Shenoda from Reception helped us too much for our needs. Thanks them an all team… 🙏🙏🙏

The stay was very enjoyable. All the staff were friendly, helpful and well organised. There was always someone available whenever we needed anything. The room was comfortable, and my family had a wonderful time.
There was nothing in particular that we disliked.
