The staff were very friendly and helpful. Joao was very kind and knowledgeable and gave us some excellent tips about the area
Not safe to walk to town but very easy with a rental car.

Location and breakfast were good. The pools and gardens were well maintained. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Also good free secure parking.
Could have done with a couple of sun loungers for sunbathing on our large room terrace to go with the chairs and table.

Its a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Its a nice walk to the town centre and river , but the first 50 yards are on a busy road with no footpath. Its OK for adults to walk but not suitable for children.

There was not much to like - it was basic but clean. Staff were friendly in the main.
The hotel is located off a vey busy road with no access to the footpath. You literally have to walk on the road to access the footpath several hundred yards down the road. Dangerous and even more so at night. Worse still, if you have children and elderly family and friends.
